HAM 211 full-hydraulic surface drill rig
The HAM 211 full-hydraulic surface drill rig is equipped with standard 45/51 mm diameter drill rods and is capable of drilling vertical, inclined, and horizontal blast holes ranging from 76 to 127 mm in diameter.
It is widely applicable in trench excavation, pipeline installation, foundation construction, and surface mining drilling operations.
The HAM 211 features a heavy-duty hydraulic top-hammer rock drill (23.4 kW). With its powerful rotation torque, impact energy, adequate hole-flushing capability, and advanced control system, it delivers optimal performance even under challenging geological conditions.
The drill rig’s chassis allows for 0–180° rotation, enabling a single positioning to cover an area of up to 26.5 square meters, greatly enhancing drilling layout efficiency and adaptability to complex working conditions.
The rig is equipped with a high-efficiency Kaishan brand screw air compressor, which is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and independently developed with proprietary intellectual property rights.
Its power unit is transversely mounted at the rear of the upper rotary frame, symmetrically aligned with the drill boom and feed beam, ensuring balance in all working directions.
Optional wireless remote control is available for rig travel, track leveling, and chassis rotation, allowing operation from outside the operator’s cabin for added safety and flexibility.
