Structural Features of the Hydraulic Slurry Pump

1. Built-in Agitation System:
The pump features an integrated agitator that stirs up sediment and sludge settled at the bottom into a turbulent flow, allowing it to be pumped out directly. This design replaces traditional operations that rely on high-pressure water jets for agitation.

2. Robust Construction:
The pump consists of a volute casing, impeller, pump base, pump housing, agitator, sealing components, motor base, and a hydraulic motor. All flow-through components are made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy, providing long service life.
It is mounted directly onto the excavator, using the excavator’s hydraulic oil system as its power source—eliminating the need for an external power supply in areas without electricity.
