   Before delivery, we have 3 stage of testing:

1. First is data test, such as the measurment of size and calibration of instument;
2. Second is aimed at operation. This stage should include every botton and joystick in the cage for different functions.
3. Third is for different faults, such as a sealing test of a mailbox, we will take a seal down to test if the system can give alert on time.
4. The whole test would last at least 1 week to make sure the best quality when recieving.

1. Quality:
    ① Production
        We are using same cage supplier with Sandvik, safety can always be our first method;
    ② Component
         Engine : Volvo, Deutz, Benz, etc;
         Torque converter: Dana
         Transmission: Dana
         Axle: Dana, Kessler
         Hydraulic pump: Rexroth
         Hydraulic valve: Rexroth, Parker, Mico, etc.
    For all core element, we are using global famous brand, and after 10 years of precipitation, we know exactly how to make the most of every part with lowest cost.
    ③ Pre-delivery inspection
         Before delivery, we have 3 stage of testing:

2. Service:
    ① Online serivce: 24 hours of 7 days for 365 days.
    ② On-site service: our engineer will arrive on site together with our vehicles, and stay until training is finished;
    ③ Local agent: we have many branches & agent in different area arount the world, not only for better communication, also for better after-sales service.

After delivery, our engineer will arrive on site together with the vehicles.

The following process are going step by step as follows:
1. First we would need about 1~3 days for installation and adjustment.
2. After checking and make sure every detailes are under request, we would invite our client for acceptance together.
3. With the satisfiction of our client, we will guide for signature of acceptance certificates;
4. Then we will start for a full set of training according to current condition, including maintenance, technicle introduction, spare parts, etc.
5. Help you build your own vehicle management system;
6. Personalized service according to your request.
7. After everything goes on well, we will arrange to pass the following works on to our local agent. It should be more convenient for you to contact with a local dealer.

From then on, we would be responsible for one years of quality guarentee, and our engineer will guide you for monthly spare parts purchase.

During this period, our engineer will be always online for any problems. With over 10 years of experience, we believe we can guide you with different kinds of problem under different conditions.

Our warranty is 1 year / 2000 hours of engine running time starts from the date of acceptance.

You would need to offer the following information:
1. Vehicle manufacturing number;
2. Engine running time;
3. Photos of faults;
4. Detailed description.

After checking and make sure the fault is not because of operation, we will send free spare parts for replacement, and contact our agent to guide you with repairment.
