In order to improve our R&D, manufacturing and service level, our quality department has carried out a whole-process tracking exercise in terms of improving the quality of inspectors, inspection methods, and strengthening communication and collaboration among departments.

1. Strengthen internal training to improve the inspection level of inspectors.

In order to meet the training needs, especially new employees, the quality department has organized trainings on quality awareness, quality tools, etc., to improve the inspectors' ability on identifying and solving problems.

2. New inspection tools & upgraded inspection methods.

The cleanliness of hydraulic components is a very important espect influencing the service life of the product. The quality department has introduced a set of new cleanliness inspection equipment particle counter. It will show the results and display in the form of numbers, which is more objective.

3. Strengthen the communication and collaboration among departments.

The management section and the inspection section have strengthened cooperation. This time they added market problem confirmation during the process inspection, to ensure that the problem products are not produced or flowed out. Creatively proposed the whole vehicle review, and organized various departments to conduct acceptance review for the vehicles.
