Chinese Gold Mine

This mine was built on 1975, it was a large gold mine with comprehensive production capacity from mining to beneficiation. This gold mine now is holding 2000 stuffs and steady keep annual output of 2 million ore for over 5 years.  

The current mining depth is -1030 altitude, tunnel size is 4m*4m. Before contacting with us, they were using Sandvik LH307, Epiroc ST3.5 and some other Chinese brand diesel underground loader. During 2019 to 2020, the operating cost can reach up to $27/g~$29.2/g. We used for about 1 year to help them decrease to $18.1/g, and the recovery rate keep steady to over 95%.


After investigation, we found they were facing several ubiquitous problem in underground mines. We offered dependant solution as follows:


| Problem 1: Deep mining would face the problem of high temperature, low air pressure and the exhaust gas cannot be diffused in time because of ventilation.

We offered customized options as follows:

① Upgrade the cage.

We are cooperating with the same cage producer of Sandvik. On the basis of safety assurances, a totally-enclosed cage with supercharged single cooled air conditioner and better performance sealing strips will help drive survive from the temperature. Also we used special upholstery covering for inflaming retarding & noise-reducing.

② Add an air filter element.

In order to help to reduce gas inhalation, we would add an air filter element in the conditioner’s input draught.

③ Upgrade the radiator.

According to tunnel temperature, we re-calculated the required heat dissipation area of radiator, changed a better fitting type. Using L&M replaceable tubular radiator can help enhance heat dissipation capacity, and adapt the subsurface high temperature condition.

| Problem 2: The cost of purchasing imported vehicle is very high


Fambition underground scooptram loader is a reliable manufacturer. The core component are all using global famous brand, like Dana shaft, Kessler axle, Deutz engine, etc.

Fambition has a strict series of testing standard for every parts, the monolithic component is cooperating with supplier of Doosan, Takeuchi.

Just as the underground scooptram, quality level can be same as global famous brand, price is much more competitive.


| Problem 3: the after-sales service & spare parts supply cannot be that satisfied.

① Under limited condition and technology, the mine would face a problem of too long downtime. It may cause a low efficiency problem.

Considering this problem, we offered a special after-sales service as follows:

We dispatched 3 after-sales engineer with over 5 years experience for on-site service. They trained the drivers at regular intervals and taught accendant how to deal with different kinds of trouble.

② About the spare parts supply, because of different brand and the universality, nearly every mine will have plenty of storage. According to this, we gave two parts of solution:

a. Our underground scooptram loader spare parts are 70% universal with LH307 which made the most of original storage.

b. We also offered a complete series of maintenance parts and build a consignment inventory in the mine, our engineer should give spare planning generally, to help reduce the wasted time, and reduce the pre-fund occupation of mine.


| Problem 4: This mine is very close to the sea, the underground condition can be corrosive for vehicles, nearly every 1~2 months would change some quick-wear parts because of corrosivity.


For this problem, we also gave two parts of solution:


① We are using JOTUN special paint and executing marine paint spraying technology.

② We should secondary spray the pump valve joint to increase the service life.


| Problem 5: Nowadays large mines are updating and striding forward to the direction of intelligence and digitization.


At present, we adopts CAN-BUS, reserves intelligent mining interface, and cooperates with the world's top intelligent control system service provider Canada's HARDLINE company to develop new intelligent mining equipment. 

We are also cooperating with RCT (a global very famous intelligent control system service company) on the project for one person to control three vehicles, and help update other intelligent solutions.
