时光呼啸，浓浓冬意中，新年的钟声即将敲响，2022年即将开启。在此，我代表公司，向过去三百六十多天中奋斗在各个岗位上的中鸿的小伙伴们道一声：“大家辛苦了！”

Time is flying, in the thick of winter, the New Year's bell is about to ring, and 2022 is about to begin. Here, on behalf of Fambition, I would like to extend my gratitude to all Fambition fellows who have been fighting in their positions in the past three hundred and sixty days: " I appreciate your hard work!"

经历了全球抗疫、考验如火的2020年后，2021年是经济复苏的一年。尽管Delta和Omicron变种病毒接连出现，我们已然进入了学习与疫情共生共存的新常态。前不久，腾讯网对2021年国内国际政治、经济局势进行复盘，主题为“动荡与新生”，纵然经济全球化受阻，保护主义、单边主义抬头，贸易摩擦不断，然而新一轮的科技革命与产业变革正在加速，全球经济正在向好，欧美作为全球大经济体经济复苏强劲；而根据前三季度的数据，中国本年度经济增长预计在8%，高技术制造业成为国家经济增长的“稳定器”。

After the global anti-epidemic and trials of 2020, 2021 is a year of economic recovery. Although the Delta and Omicron variant viruses have appeared one after another, we have entered a new normal of learning and coexisting with the epidemic. Not long ago, Tencent.com reviewed the domestic and international political and economic situations in 2021 with the theme of "Turbulence and Rebirth." Even though economic globalization is hindered, protectionism and unilateralism are on the rise, trade frictions continue, but a new round of science and technology Revolution and industrial transformation are accelerating, and the global economy is improving. Europe and the United States, as the world’s largest economy, are recovering vigorously. According to the data of the first three quarters, China’s economic growth this year is expected to be 8%, and high-tech manufacturing has become the "stabilizer" of the country's economic growth.

伴随经济复苏之势，中鸿重机在全体小伙伴们的共同努力下，2021年取得了重要成功与收获：我们在营收、利润、签单等主要经营数据上再创历史新高，我们在公司治理、体系建设、产品研发、技术创新、产能提升、工业园建设等各个层面都取得了重大进展。所有的一切，让我们对未来的中鸿充满信心。

Following the trend of economic recovery, Fambition Heavy Machinery has achieved important successes and gains in 2021 with combined efforts of all Fambition employees: we have set a new record in the main management data such as revenue, profit, and order intake. We have made significant progress in corporate governance, system construction, product research and development, technological innovation, capacity enhancement, and industrial park construction. All of this makes us full of confidence in the future of Fambition.

过去的一年，我们在公司治理层面积极推动企业重组，梳理股权结构，完善母子公司股权控制关系，为公司下一步资本运营、整体上市奠定基础；我们在新技术研发层面推动产学研合作，加强与大学及科研院所在智能采矿与数字管理、深部开采、电池新能源驱动等领域的技术合作，同时，我们组织成立了“青岛市智能矿山机械制造技术创新中心”，致力在设备大型化、自动化、数字化、智能化等技术融合、解决方案方面进行创新突破；我们在市场层面继续深化营销模式转型，推进后市场服务一体化，坚持以客户为中心，以“切实为客户创造价值”为目标，在国内各区、泛俄语区、泛英语区均取得重大战果；我们在生产制造层面积极推进研发、制造一体化，生产中心增员增效，优化生产组织模式，加速培养多能工，产能实现较大突破；与此同时，我们加快场地扩容，在工业园建设方面也取得突破性进展，新工业园即将在新年一季度实现部分投产，为产量、交货期提供更好的保障；我们在质量管理层面继续加强体系建设，各项工作确保体系流程全覆盖，不断提升全员质量意识，并把供应商管理、来料、过程、调试、售后服务等各关键质控点实时纳入监控，确保产出品质过硬的产品，从而有更好的市场竞争力；我们在信息化建设层面继续深耕，实现合同订单管理、研发管理、物料管理、作业管理等各项工作及流程的标准化操作，并努力实现全流程线上运行，有效提升效率的同时，保障关键管理数据的实时输出，为管理决策提供有力支撑。

In the past year, we have actively promoted corporate restructuring at the corporate governance level, sorted out the equity structure, improved the equity control relationship between parent and subsidiary companies, and laid the foundation for the company’s next capital operation and overall listing. We promoted industry-university-research cooperation at the level of new technology research and development, and strengthened technical cooperation with universities and research institutes in the fields of intelligent mining and digital management, deep mining, battery new energy drive, etc. At the same time, we organized the establishment of the "Qingdao Intelligent Mining Machinery Manufacturing Technology Innovation Center", committed to large-scale equipment and automation Innovative breakthroughs in technological integration and solutions such as digitization and intelligence. We continue to deepen the transformation of marketing models at the market level, promote the integration of after sales market services, adhere to customer-centricity, and take "creatively creating value for customers" as the ultimate goal. We have achieved significant results in various domestic districts, Russian regions, and English regions. At the manufacturing level, we actively promote the integration of R&D and manufacturing, increase the number of production centers, optimize the production organization model, accelerate the cultivation of multi-functional workers, and achieve greater breakthroughs in production capacity; at the same time, we accelerate the expansion of the site construction and industrial park breakthrough progress has also been made in this regard. The new industrial park will soon be partially put into operation in the first quarter of the new year, which will provide better guarantees for output and delivery time. We will continue to strengthen the system construction at the quality management level, and all work will ensure full coverage of the system and processes. Continuously improve the quality awareness of all employees, and include all key quality control points such as supplier management, incoming materials, process, debugging, and after-sales service into real-time monitoring to ensure that better quality products are produced, so as to have better market competitiveness; we continue to work hard at the level of informatization construction, realize the standardized operation of various work and processes such as contract & order management, R&D management, material management, and operation management, and strive to realize the entire process online operation, which effectively improves efficiency while ensuring key management data the real-time output provides strong support for management decision-making.

2021年是中鸿重机产品推向市场的第九个年头，实践证明我们的组织充滿了韧性与活力，足以让我们对公司未来的发展充满希望，对公司下一个五年、十年战略规划的完成充满信心。

未来的2022年必将是值得期待的一年。在某权威网站对过去两年行业景气度调查中，像钢铁、有色金属等矿业相关行业均属景气度排名前列的行业。诚然，2021年并不是所有行业都有好年景，但中国是个经济大国，行业种类齐全，整体经济充满韧性。今年，国家把“碳达峰”、“碳中和”作为主要目标，与此相关，清洁能源、新能源在这一年取得了首无前例的重视与长足发展。碳排放将是未来十年、几十年国家重点关注的焦点，正如国家大力支持和扶持智能采矿、数字矿山、高端装备业一样，新能源车也将会作为国家重点项目进行扶持。
