| Project brief introduction:
This is an annual output about 600,000MT gold mine of adit development and flashing method for mining. Tunnel size is 4m*4m. The underground condition is very wet, water seepage can be very large.
Their problem are mainly about the maintenance, the engineers are not very familiar with repairment of imported machines, most of the current vehicles are within service life while failure rate is very high, a lower cost rebuilt can be fitter and reliable.
According to this situation, our solution is as follows:
We dispatched a professional engine team, and helped with the vehicle management by contract. All the replacement of every spare parts and vehicle repairment are on our side, we settle account every year as agreement.
2. Regarding as the old machines, we dispatched a professional team for a complete rebuild. Since we are DANA agent not only for spare parts, also with the rebuild service, we are holding over 8 years rebuild experience.
